Barton Automatic Trimming Lines

We have continuous trimming lines to define the length of the boards according to quality criteria. In this type of lines, the trimmer has a fixed circular and several mobile ones that are positioned at certain lengths. The mode of operation of this type of line is based on the fact that the operator located in the trimmer machine defines the final length of the boards that are going to enter according to the quality criteria that have been defined. To do this, each of the circulars has a laser that projects a line on the boards before it enters the trimmer, in this way, the operator can determine which is the circular that must cut each of the boards (all the circular ones, except for the first one, which is fixed, have a lifting/lowering system that allows them to be hidden and appear when the operator so determines).
The Automatic Trimming Lines allow the retesting of a large volume of boards with low staff intervention and low maintenance. It is a versatile and simple system for retesting tables.
