This is a popular single-story barnhouse for comfortable living outside the city. This house includes a spacious and bright kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a utility room, a wardrobe, and a spacious covered terrace.

The construction of this project involves the use of components and building materials from leading certified manufacturers, so this kit can be exported to EU countries or other countries. Additionally, we customize panel sizes for transportation in maritime containers (delivery of the house kit to various parts of the world is possible).

The technology of panel-frame house production allows obtaining a ready-made kit within 3 months from the start of production (roof, external and internal walls, windows, external and internal doors). External walls are covered with a final layer of facade elements (profiled sheeting/paneling/false beam/clinker or others), internal walls are covered with Fermacell gypsum fiberboard (energy-efficient, fire-resistant, moisture-resistant material) (possible covering with false beam, wooden paneling, veneered or painted MDF board), the roof is made of metal tiles, profiled sheeting, or asphalt shingles.

The wall construction has a thickness of 302 mm and includes 250 mm of insulation (mineral wool, density 45 kg/m³), the heat loss coefficient of the wall U=0.15 W/(m²·K), the house's floor has a thickness of 360 mm and includes 300 mm of insulation (mineral wool, density 45 kg/m³), the heat loss coefficient of the roof U=0.13 W/(m²·K). Panoramic windows and parallel-sliding doors from REHAU company or the Ekipazh factory (customer's choice). The overall heat loss coefficient of the house with this construction is U=0.20 W/(m²·K). We produce house kits where the heat loss coefficient (U) does not exceed 0.19 W/m²K (the house is made in accordance with the requirements of KfW Effizienzhaus 40 Plus) or does not exceed 0.32 W/m²K (the house is made in accordance with the requirements of EnEV 2009).
