Unilin and Fischer Parket Marka sign license agreement
On the 17th of October 2006, Flooring Industries Ltd, Unilin’s Ireland-based Intellectual Property holding, announces that it has concluded a license agreement with Fischer Parket Marka (located in Maykop, southern Russia), a high-tech engineered flooring manufacturer.
This license will give Fischer Parket Marka the right to manufacture its high-quality engineered flooring with Flooring Industries’ renowned glueless click system for connecting the panels, and sell the “click” engineered wood world-wide under the Uniclic® trademark.
